About Me

RESEARCH | COMMUNICATION | PHOTOGRAPHY

I am an ecologist, researcher, naturalist guide and communicator.
I aim to promote and foster respect for the environment through understanding and connection. I love marrying my hands-on research experience with the guidance and science communication I express in my guiding, photography and writings.

I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of New South Wales (UNSW, 2017) and First Class Honours (2021) investigating the impact of grazing on the predation pressure of ground nesting birds. Since then, I have worked on many research projects in both Australia and Canada, with a focus on large scale biodiversity and interactive effects in ecology.

As an Expedition Leader with Natural Habitat Adventures in Canada and Australia, I take the privilege of exploring these natural worlds with sincere responsibility. Encouraging knowledge and connection to nature, place, people and stories has had profound impact on my guests as well as myself.
